Nitida Wild Child 2024

The Nitida Wild Child 2024 is an adventurous, barrel-fermented Sauvignon Blanc from the boutique Nitida Wine Farm in Durbanville, Cape Town. Unlike crisp, classic Sauvignon Blancs, the Wild Child is bold, full, and rich. It features a rounder texture due to being partially aged in older French oak barrels. It pairs exceptionally well with rich seafood like butter-fried sole with almonds, creamy goat cheese salads, or bacon-wrapped pork fillet stuffed with apples and pecorino.
