Welcome to The Wine Boutique. These terms apply to your use of this website and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

The site balitradingwine.co.za (or current domain) is operated by Riversdale Trading CC TA Bali Trading, trading as The Wine Boutique.

2. Age restriction
You must be 18 years or older to use this site or buy from us. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18. We will not deliver alcohol to anyone under 18, and recipients must produce valid ID on delivery or collection.

3. Products
We sell alcohol and related products. Product images are for illustration. Vintages, labels and packaging may change without notice. We do our best to display accurate prices and stock, if an error is found after you place an order, we'll contact you to confirm or refund.

4. Orders and payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. Payment is processed via Payfast in South African Rand (ZAR). We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including (but not limited to) suspected fraud, age verification failure, or stock issues.

7. Liability
We're committed to good service, but to the maximum extent permitted by South African law, The Wine Boutique is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the product in question.

All content on this site — images, text, branding, layout — is the property of Bali Wine Boutique or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of the Western Cape.
