Fresh, vibrant and beautifully balanced, the Journey’s End Weather Station Sauvignon Blanc captures the cooling coastal character of the Cape. Part of the Journey’s End Tales Range, its name pays tribute to the historic SB11 “Weather Station” clone, first propagated in Stellenbosch in the 1920s.

Bright flavours of green apple and grapefruit are complemented by a refreshing salty minerality, creating a crisp and lively Sauvignon Blanc reminiscent of a cool coastal breeze. Careful low-temperature fermentation helps preserve the wine’s aromatic freshness, while time on the lees adds subtle richness and texture.
