The Iona Wild Ferment Sauvignon Blanc is a complex and expressive Elgin Sauvignon Blanc, crafted from perfectly ripe fruit and fermented naturally with wild yeast in French oak barrels. The result is a beautifully textured, multi-layered wine combining concentrated fruit with distinctive minerality and freshness.

Layers of blackcurrant and white stone fruit are complemented by mineral and saline notes, leading into a rich, textured palate and a long, zesty finish. A 12% Sémillon component adds further complexity and enhances the wine's mid-palate weight.
