Zorgvliet Sauv.Blanc. 2023

Fresh, expressive and beautifully textured, the Zorgvliet Sauvignon Blanc 2023 is a Stellenbosch estate wine displaying a light yellow colour with subtle hints of lime green.

The nose offers intense blackcurrant and gooseberry aromas, complemented by complex notes of tropical fruit, citrus blossom and green fig. On the palate, it has a rich, mouth-filling entry with a creamy texture created by natural acidity and lees contact, followed by a lingering, textured finish.

Serve chilled at 7–9°C. Pair with vinaigrette-dressed salads, rich seafood dishes, Thai cuisine or goat’s milk cheese.
